What is Coaching?

Coaching involves regular meetings to question in detail what you want for your life and what action you can take to get it. Making changes to your life with the support of a coach is more effective than going it alone.

Fundamentally, coaching is about helping people succeed at life.  A good coach will help their client gain clarity on what they want, identify and break through anything holding them back and take the actions necessary to achieve their desired outcomes.

Coaches don't have all the answers!  Coaching assumes that the client already carries all the potential to succeed.  It facilitates unlocking that potential by asking the right questions to help close the gap between a person’s current way of life and where they would like to be.  Coaching focuses on the present moment and future possibilities as opposed to past mistakes.

Self-development is achieved more effectively with a coach than going it alone!
